That is the number of times that 
has submitted the exact same drawing this particular day. Sadly, this is not a new thing. In his gallery are hundreds of submissions with the exact same drawing of a gigantic human with hair in the style of Twilight Sparkle. Clearly this man has some kind of fixation and/or fetish over the concept of Twilight Sparkle becoming a giant human and assuming one of three names. And every submission is clearly the exact same drawing with slight modifications to it. EVERY SINGLE TIME. THE EXACT SAME DRAWING. MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. DAY AFTER DAY. WEEK AFTER WEEK. Clearly Devon's obsession has become serious enough to give him this delusion that he has the right to troll countless groups with the exact same drawing multiple times a day, every day, as long as he is a member of DeviantArt. It is so obviously clear that this man has a deep-rooted psychological problem, an obsession into which he dives ever deeper and deeper with absolutely no desire to get out of it. The concept of a giant human Twilight Sparkle is drilled permanently into his mind, and he is trying to drag us down with him into his own unique brand of insanity. We cannot allow this.
Devon does not belong here. He must be banned. Again, this is not just my opinion. This is a solid fact. This is not the place for the likes of Devon. He is deeply, truly, undeniably obsessed. He has gone way too far out of hand.
